Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins
• We accept cash on delivery, card payments, and major UPI apps
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

Delivery

• Delivery areas are limited to Patna and surrounding regions
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary during peak hours
• Delivery charges may apply based on order value and location
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days
• If your order arrives incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 minutes
• Refund decisions are at the discretion of management

Dine-In & Reservations

• Table reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
• We reserve the right to allocate seating based on party size and availability
• A minimum order may apply during peak hours or special events

Website Use

• You may not use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• All content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Downtown Pizza
• Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Downtown Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
